03/ FIND YOUR HOME & FINALIZE FINANCING

Once you find the right home and your offer is accepted, we’ll move your loan forward. Processing and underwriting begin while we work through the appraisal, title, insurance, and any additional documentation needed for final approval. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
